Just go Home->Account, and scroll down to the cancel-subscription link. Your pro-rated refund will automatically be credited to your card on file, you will get instant confirmation, and there will be fewer opportunities for mistakes or delays. If you are unable do this for some reason or don't get the expected result, please contact us and we'll be happy to do it for you.
